•We currently only ship to the US.

•All other orders are charged a flat rate of $10.

•Our goal is to process your order within 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once it has shipped. Please note that we cannot control USPS transit times.

•Our products are made with oils, butters, and waxes that will melt in high temperatures. Please keep this in mind when ordering and make sure your order is shipped to an address where it will be collected promptly.

•Milkmaid Skincare is not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. You have within 24-48 to notify our support staff of an address change before your order is processed and shipped out.

•Milkmaid Skincare is not responsible for lost, stolen and undelivered packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

•Upon inquiry, Milkmaid Skincare will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

•Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges.

•We recommend thoroughly reading the ingredients lists in case of allergens.

•If an allergic reaction is a concern we recommend slowly introducing each product individually.

•Some of our products are made without any preservatives, chemicals or additives so please avoid introducing water and store in a cool dry place to ensure quality.

•Tallow has a melting point of 85 degrees. In summer months, we recommend you being available upon package arrival.

•By ordering tallow based products to be shipped, you are agreeing that it’s ok that they may come melted. If this happens, place products upright in a cool location. You may start using them as soon as they’ve solidified. Their nutritional value does not change.
