Meet The Milkmaid
I always knew I wanted a farm, but I grew up in the suburbs and never had any farm experience other than a small backyard garden.
Fast forward to 2022 I decided to take a leap of faith and inquire about a job posting for a Milkmaid. In June of 2022 I began milking cows at a small local dairy. I fell in love immediately with the cows, I couldn’t imagine my life without them. I began picking up other odd-ball jobs at other small local farms across southern Oregon. I fell in love with working closely with plants and animals and building relationships with them.
In 2023 I started Milkmaid Skincare to provide high-quality small-batch skincare that supports local farmers.
